At Urban Organics, we take pride in the quality of our hydroponic DIY kits. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds or Returns
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through our store. All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and the care taken during packaging and shipping, we cannot accept items back once they have left our facility.
2. Courier-Related Issues
While we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party courier services, we understand that things can go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@urbanorganics.co.za with:

We’ll do our best to assist you in following up with the courier service and to help resolve the issue where possible.
3. Incorrect Addresses
Urban Organics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout before placing your order.
4. Exceptions
In very rare cases where an issue is determined to be on our side (e.g., a wrong item shipped), we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, any resolution offered will be at our sole discretion.
